Position Summary
Our Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Work You’ll Do
- Support delivery of a large ServiceNow program, helping ensure contract commitments, client expectations, and delivery milestones are met.
- Serve in a hybrid technical lead / program manager capacity, providing both delivery oversight and technical guidance on ServiceNow solutions being designed and built.
- Engage directly with client leadership, including group chiefs and directors, to provide program updates, align priorities, and address risks and dependencies.
- Help manage project planning, integrated roadmaps, delivery sequencing, and execution across multiple workstreams and applications.
- Provide feedback and direction on technical solutions, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches to support scalable, mission-aligned outcomes.
- Partner with development teams, functional leads, and stakeholders to translate client needs into actionable delivery plans.
- Support contract management activities, including performance tracking, delivery coordination, and operational oversight.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS SCI w/ Polygraph security clearance required
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT, digital transformation, enterprise platforms, or related technology delivery roles.
- 5+ years of IT program or project management experience supporting complex technology implementations with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- 2+ years of ServiceNow experience supporting platform delivery, implementation, enhancement, or modernization efforts.
- 2+ years of experience providing technical guidance to development teams or reviewing technical solution approaches in a ServiceNow or enterprise platform environment.
- Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancement programs.
- 2+ years of hands-on or advisory technical experience related to ServiceNow platform capabilities, solution design, or implementation oversight.
