Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate by combining AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise. The Staff Product Manager will own and scale the Embedded Experiences product area, integrating Harvey's capabilities into productivity tools like Microsoft Word and Outlook, while leading strategy and execution for transformative product integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Product Vision: Define and execute the product strategy for Harvey's embedded experiences, including the Word Add-In, Outlook plugin, and copilot integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem and beyond
- Integration Prioritization: Work closely with the Integrations engineering pod and Partnerships team to prioritize, scope, and ship integrations that drive customer value and competitive differentiation. Translate partner and customer demand signals into a coherent product roadmap
- Platform & API Design: Define Harvey's external API strategy and developer experience. Ensure Harvey's platform is extensible and that third-party developers and partners can build on top of it effectively
- Partner Product Collaboration: Serve as the primary product counterpart for strategic partners (e.g., iManage, LexisNexis, SharePoint). Co-develop integration specifications, align on technical requirements, and ensure seamless product experiences across partner ecosystems
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering (Integrations pod, Platform), Partnerships (Carl Fuda's team), GTM, Customer Success, and PMM to ensure ecosystem investments are aligned with commercial strategy and customer needs
- Commercial Sense: Partner with GTM and Partnerships to translate ecosystem capabilities into sales enablement, positioning, and customer-facing narratives. Understand how integrations and data partnerships drive deal velocity, retention, and expansion
- Measurement & Iteration: Define success metrics for ecosystem health (e.g., integration adoption, API usage, partner-driven revenue) and iterate based on data
Requirements:

- Experience building products that handle sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels, from engineers to executives
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive clarity through complexity
- Strong product sense and attention to detail-ability to think through both high-level strategy and nitty-gritty implementation details
