Business Analyst (2026)

Grant Street Group is looking for a Business Analyst to support their SaaS model for public sector clients. The role involves problem-solving, client support, prioritization, and facilitating training for users of their cloud-based software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze calculations, investigate bugs, and propose new processes to solve complex problems
• Act as a subject matter expert for clients, addressing their questions and suggestions
• Prioritize software changes based on client needs and impact
• Convey technical specifications to developers regarding software changes
• Test new software changes to ensure they meet specifications and do not disrupt existing functionality
• Coordinate with new clients to configure software to fit their business processes
• Provide training to clients on how to use the software effectively
