Lincare is on a mission to be the premiere CPAP provider in the nation, and they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support their military customers and white glove CPAP services. This role involves communicating with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and support compliance with physician direction.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
- Assesses customer need for additional products/services
- Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
- Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
- Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
- Enters customer orders in computerized system
- Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
Requirements:
- Experienced CSR with a love to serve our military customers and support our white glove CPAP services
- Must be based in the Mountain or Pacific time zones
- Communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, and supporting compliance to physician direction
