The Clubhouse Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents' membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsible for regular contact with residents and guests using clubhouse facilities. Works very closely with the Onsite Manager.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the club facility's interior/exterior and its furniture and equipment which includes, however is not limited, to the following:
