Responsibilities:
- Develop new client relationships through outreach, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present appropriate financial solutions
- Own your client pipeline from first contact through enrollment and beyond
- Use our CRM to track all activity, follow-ups, and client communications
- Join weekly team calls, skill-building sessions, and mentorship touchpoints
- Consistently hit daily and weekly activity targets in alignment with income goals
Requirements:
- Self-starter mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable — willing to follow a proven system
- Relevant state license required OR willingness to obtain (we provide full guidance and support)
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Prior experience in sales, real estate, finance, or client-facing roles preferred
