Delkia is a company specializing in engineering for Defence Systems, and they are seeking a Senior EC&I Engineer. The successful candidate will deliver technical solutions for complex systems, ensuring compliance with client specifications and engineering standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain engineering quality and compliance with client specifications, engineering standards, and relevant legislation throughout the project lifecycle
- Take responsibility for the technical quality of complex, fit-for-purpose engineering systems
- Apply lifecycle and maturity management principles to ensure robust and reliable system delivery
- Generate, review, and update technical documentation in line with client specifications
- Lead design and system-level reviews, ensuring designs meet project and client requirements
- Uphold confidentiality and security of client data while supporting effective project delivery
Requirements:
- Professional registration with an approved body at the level of IEng
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Working knowledge of ISO, BS and related standards including Def-Stan 08-123 and Def-Stan 00-035 for ECI systems
- A degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience
