Role: Oracle Fusion Manager (R2R, O2C, P2P, PLM, HCM)
Location: Irvine, CA, Local candidates
Experience: 8 10 Years
Mode of engagement: Long Term Contract
Note: Local Candidates only, NO RELOCATION
HCM and PLM experience is mandatory
Typically, 8 10 years in IT/ERP projects
At least 8 years in Oracle Fusion projects
Prior experience as a team lead or project manager
8 15 years of overall experience
Minimum 2 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
Experience in support and enhancement projects
Key Responsibilities
Functional Expertise
Work on end-to-end implementation/support of:
R2R (Record to Report) GL, FA, Cash Management
O2C (Order to Cash) Order Management, AR, Billing
P2P (Procure to Pay) Procurement, AP, Supplier Management
PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Product Data Hub, Innovation Management
HCM (Human Capital Management) Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field
MBA or HR specialization (preferred)
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage)
Oracle Fusion certification (preferred)
