Job Title: Data Engineer (Databricks)
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Databricks to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data architectures
- Work extensively with Databricks to process and analyze large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
- Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on data engineering
- Proven hands-on experience with Databricks
- Strong expertise in data pipeline development and big data technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to attend in-person interviews
- Must be able to work from the Dallas office 3–4 days per week
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Familiarity with modern data warehousing solutions
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite in Dallas, TX)
