MUST HAVE: Strong Databricks and SQL REQUIRED.

Databricks: Your exposure to Databricks appears to be recent and primarily limited to working with notebooks. There were challenges in confidently answering standard questions and clearly explaining key concepts.
Data Engineering Concepts: Understanding of data refresh cycles and daily job planning is minimal, which is critical for this role.
Data Warehousing & Reporting: There is limited hands-on experience in data warehousing, along with a constrained understanding of reporting concepts—particularly around ETL processes and data preparation.
AI/ML Exposure: While AI/ML knowledge was initially mentioned, it was clarified that the experience is limited to consuming outputs rather than hands-on development or implementation.
Hands-on Exercise: The exercise was not completed as expected, indicating gaps in practical application and problem-solving skills.
