TechniPros is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer for a critical IPv6-focused role in Richmond, VA. Note: W2 only - No C2C.
Core Expertise Required
- Deep hands-on experience with IPv6 architecture, design, and implementation
- Strong understanding of dual-stack environments (IPv4 + IPv6)
- Experience with IPv6 NAT technologies (NAT64, NPTv6) and traditional IPv4 NAT
- IPv6 compliance, security standards, and policy alignment
- Configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of IPv6 across enterprise networks
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and OSPFv3
- Architect data center networking solutions using Cisco ACI and F5 LTM/GTM
- Deploy and manage Palo Alto firewalls, SD-WAN technologies, and Cisco platforms
- Operate at architect/specialist level with 15+ years of network engineering experience
- Deliver day-one expertise in multi-vendor, enterprise-scale environments
Required Skills & Experience
- Primary: IPv6 architecture/design/implementation, dual-stack, NAT64/NPTv6, BGP, OSPF/OSPFv3, Cisco ACI, F5 LTM/GTM, Palo Alto firewalls, SD-WAN
- Secondary: Data center networking/fabric design, WAN engineering, multi-vendor environments
- Core: Network engineering, routing, network architecture
- Proven ability to architect complex network solutions immediately
