About the Position
Be the difference our customers see every day! As a Maintenance Porter, you’ll help keep our facility safe, clean, and maintained to our Easy, Clean, Service standards. While this role is primarily focused on maintenance and upkeep, there may be occasional opportunities to assist with basic communication or translation for Mandarin-speaking guests.
Responsibilities
• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, and exterior areas)
• Complete routine and light maintenance tasks, including painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repairs, and lock cutting
• Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other seasonal or urgent needs
Schedule
• 8.5-hour shifts (including a 30-minute break)
• Hours vary between 6:45 AM – 10:30 PM, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Qualifications
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are preferred (ability to assist with basic translation when needed)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks
• Strong communication skills
