Senior Electrical Engineer

SARACA is a global engineering R&D services company specializing in innovative design and development for advanced medical devices. The Electrical Engineer role involves designing and implementing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems, components, and equipment for robotic platforms
• Lead circuit design (analog & digital) and system architecture
• Develop and validate test systems, control apparatus, and instrumentation
• Ensure systems meet functional specifications and customer requirements
• Drive DFMEA and functional safety analysis
• Support manufacturing, installation, and operational testing
• Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support
• Utilize EDA tools and engineering software for design and validation
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• 8–12 years of experience in electrical design & systems engineering
• Strong expertise in analog & digital circuit design
• Proficiency with EDA tools
• Hands-on experience with DFMEA and functional safety analysis
• Strong communication & collaboration skills
• Demonstrated leadership or team mentoring experience
• Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or automotive electronics
• Exposure to safety-critical systems and system-level architecture
• Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges
