Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end solution delivery for complex technical projects. The role involves leading multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing vendor relationships to deliver scalable IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end solution delivery from inception and design through build, testing, and go-live, ensuring technical outcomes align with business objectives and architecture standards
- Proactively lead and manage all delivery phases of complex technical solutions—including requirements, integrations, environments, data, and release readiness—anticipating risks and driving timely resolution
- Serve as the single point of accountability across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, coordinating teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of scalable IT/software solutions
- Working knowledge of enterprise contact center and healthcare platforms, including Genesys, Alvaria, Salesforce, and Brightree, with a strong understanding of system integrations, data considerations, and adherence to architecture standards
- Own RAID management at scale—maintain a single, living RAID log across workstreams (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), quantify impact/probability, and drive mitigation plans to closure with accountable owners and dates
- Drive dependency management across technical domains—coordinate cross-team prerequisites for environments, access, integrations, data readiness, and release gates; ensure dependencies are explicitly documented and actively dispositioned
- Operate a single source of truth for delivery execution—ensure work items, decisions, and dependency/issue dispositioning are tracked in the enterprise system of record (e.g., Jira), with transparent status and auditability
- Manage vendor delivery and contractual outcomes—coordinate vendor plans and deliverables, validate acceptance criteria, challenge gaps early, and drive resolution through formal actions (RAIDs, change controls, deliverable sign-offs)
- Create executive-ready status and narratives—produce crisp weekly/monthly reporting (health, milestones, key decisions needed, top risks, dependency heat-map), tailored for leadership consumption and fast decision-making
- Align product, business, and technology stakeholders—translate complex technical tradeoffs into business outcomes, clarify priorities, and drive timely decisions when competing objectives arise across functions
- Drive environment and data readiness disciplines—ensure environment diagrams, credentials/access, representative test data, API specifications, maintenance windows, and freeze calendars are in place to protect delivery timelines
- Lead operational readiness & support model—coordinate monitoring/alerting readiness, support workflows, ownership boundaries, and incident response expectations to ensure stable post–go-live operations
- Resource and capacity planning across workstreams—forecast capacity, address bottlenecks, negotiate staffing changes, and ensure the right skill mix is available across requirements, build, QA, integration, and release activities
- Facilitate continuous improvement — run retrospectives, capture lessons learned, implement process improvements, and raise delivery maturity (predictability, transparency, accountability)
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate accurately and concisely at all levels of management
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Eight or more years of experience in project management
- Prior experience within a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharma, automotive, aerospace)
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to drive operational efficiency, digital innovation, and cultural change across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for transformation programs, ensuring delivery within scope and on schedule
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, to secure buy-in, manage expectations, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, using data-driven insights and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of transformation efforts
- Managed/supported projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail while managing multiple sophisticated deliverables and stakeholder groups
- Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results required
