About this role
NeerInfo Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to protect systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. The role involves implementing security measures, monitoring for threats, and responding to security incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor systems for security threats and vulnerabilities
- Implement and manage security tools (firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS)
- Perform risk assessments and penetration testing
- Investigate and respond to security incidents
- Ensure compliance with security standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years in cybersecurity/information security
- Strong knowledge of network and system security
- Experience with security tools and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux and basic scripting
- Certifications: CEH, CISSP, Security+
- Cloud security knowledge (AWS/Azure)
