About this role
Unicon Pharma Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Enterprise Grants System. The role involves leading the implementation of grants management systems and managing project plans while coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead/co-lead enterprise grants management system implementation with IT and business teams
- Manage end-to-end project plan (milestones, risks, dependencies, governance)
- Coordinate across CSR, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and vendors
- Oversee requirements, solution design validation, configuration, and integrations
- Ensure traceability from requirements through go-live
- Collaborate with global stakeholders (U.S. & ex-U.S.)
- Act as liaison between business, IT, and system integrators
- Drive issue resolution, escalation, and milestone tracking
- Lead change strategy, readiness, training, and adoption tracking
- Deliver executive updates, risk summaries, and decision briefs
- Support financial reporting, grant metrics, and impact tracking
- Ensure audit readiness, data governance, and quality control
Requirements:
- 10+ years in project management
- Bachelor's required
- Experience in pharma/healthcare philanthropy and regulated environments
- Lead/co-lead enterprise grants management system implementation with IT and business teams
- Manage end-to-end project plan (milestones, risks, dependencies, governance)
- Coordinate across CSR, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and vendors
