W2 only - CRM Business Analyst

New York Technology Partners is seeking a mid-level IT Software Business Analyst with expertise in .NET technologies and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, providing technical support, and managing multiple projects within an agile framework.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
• Provide support for .NET technologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Rest API development and Power BI reports and data visualizations
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications
• Utilize SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server Database Platforms to create and manage reports
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Microsoft Reporting Services Development Environment
• Work within agile development frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of projects
• Utilize source control management tools to maintain code integrity
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure technical requirements are met and align with business objectives
• Work effectively with remote technology team members using collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Foster a positive and professional team environment, contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace

Requirements:

• Advanced experience with SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server Database Platforms, and Microsoft Reporting Services Development Environment
• Familiarity with .NET technologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Rest API development
• Experience with agile methodologies and source control management tools
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other software collaboration systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects under tight deadlines
• Capacity to understand technical concepts and apply them effectively to meet project requirements
