BrightSpring Health Services is a company that provides home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls, provide product and service information, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work evenings and on call
- Managing inbound 800 line customer calls for sales, services, employment, complaints, and general problem solving
- Identify from a social/physical needs aspect the situation and needs of the individual
- Provide customers with product and service information; obtain customer information, and customer leads
- Facilitating outbound calls to connect callers with proper Company resources and Company branches
- Accountable for the successful handling of all inbound and outbound call activities and driving call leads to branch home conference and branch sale
- Researching care related solutions for customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Documenting all interactions and following up on customer needs
- Complete call logs and call reports
- Provide leadership/ coaching to Customer Service Center Representatives
- Review Respect & Care Service Center calls for quality check and feedback
- Provide detailed reporting to leadership as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and etiquette via phone and email
- Professional Customer Service skills with basic sales, building rapport, and problem solving experience
- High energy, good memory, and able to multitask effectively
- Structured organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Computer skills including working in Word, Excel, and databases
- Good listening skills and attention to detail
- Detail oriented, able to successfully manage multiple projects
- Available to work varying shifts as needed
