Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. They are seeking a Junior Data Engineer/Scientist with expertise in Databricks and PySpark to support data science and advanced analytics initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark
- Strong Python experience (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
- Advanced SQL and data warehousing experience
- Strong background in data cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience
- Agile methodology experience
- Relevant data science or analytics certifications
