Yaz Associates GmbH is seeking an Account Director for their Event/Engagement platform solution. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and managing key accounts in North America, while building relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Driving revenue growth within existing and brand new customers
- Be the primary point of contact for a number of key accounts with North America
- Identify and close expansion, upgrade and renewal opportunities
- Execute account retention and expansion plan
- Build relationships with key account stakeholders
- Engage with new users
- Foster trust-based relationships with champions and above event stakeholders
