Job Title: IAM Project / Program Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Project / Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale IAM and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IAM domains, hands-on exposure to leading IAM tools, and a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs and projects across the organization

• Manage multiple IAM initiatives including Identity Governance, PAM, Authentication, and Access Management

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement IAM solutions

• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget

• Work with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and roadmaps

• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards

• Oversee implementation and integration of IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Entra ID, Ping, and ForgeRock

• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to cross-functional teams

• Communicate program status, risks, and progress to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8 10+ years of experience in IAM, Cybersecurity, or Program/Project Management

• Strong understanding of IAM domains:

  • Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) lifecycle

  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)

  • Authentication & Access Control (SSO, MFA)

  • Non-Human Identities (NHI)

• Hands-on experience or strong exposure to IAM tools: SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Entra ID, Ping Identity, ForgeRock

• Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level programs

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., energy, finance, healthcare)

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes

• Certifications such as PMP, CISM, CISSP, or similar are a plus
