
Position: People and Culture Advisor
Location: Numurkah, with travel to Cobram and Nathalia as required
EFT/Hours: 0.8 EFT (64 Hours Per Fortnight)
Status: Part Time - Fixed Term (Internal Higher Duties backfill)
Hourly Rate: HS3 Level 1-5 $37.6763 - $41.6526 or HS4 $42.3368 Level 1(depending on qualifications and experience) per hour plus 12% superannuation
About the Role
NCN Health has an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Advisor to join our People, Safety and Engagement team.
The People and Culture Advisor is a generalist human resources (HR) role that supports the People and Engagement Manager and Director People, Safety and Engagement, working across NCN Health as required to provide a range of responsive HR services across NCN Health. Specific areas of focus will include, but are not limited to;
· Interpretation of enterprise agreements (EA’S);
· Provision of advice and support to managers on all employee relations policies, processes and programs Advice and support of applications for Parental Leave, Transition to Retirement, Support for Placement, Flexible Work Arrangements and Work from Home arrangements.
· Policy development and review
· Agency recruitment
· Development of training resources for managers
