Aruba Clear Paas Engineer

TechClub Inc is seeking an Aruba Clear Paas Engineer to design, implement, and manage Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager solutions for network access control. The role involves configuring authentication protocols, integrating with enterprise systems, and developing security policies while collaborating with various teams to ensure secure access and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager solutions for network access control (NAC) across wired and wireless environments
• Configure and maintain authentication protocols such as 802.1X , RADIUS , TACACS+ , and guest access workflows
• Integrate ClearPass with enterprise systems including Active Directory , LDAP, and other identity providers
• Develop and enforce security policies for device profiling, posture assessment, and role-based access control
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and network access issues across Aruba and multi-vendor environments
• Perform upgrades, patching, backup, and health monitoring of ClearPass infrastructure
• Work closely with network, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure access and compliance with organizational policies
• Generate reports and analyze logs for auditing, compliance, and incident investigation purposes
• Support onboarding solutions for BYOD, IoT devices, and guest users with secure access mechanisms
• Document configurations, procedures, and best practices; provide technical support and knowledge transfer to internal teams
