Driven Brands is North America's largest automotive services company, and they are seeking a Field HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management. The role involves consulting on HR-related issues, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with employees and management to design, communicate and oversee and ensure compliance with the company and human resources federal, state, policies & procedures
- Support all aspects of employee experience, including influencing the appropriate application of expectations and policies, documentation, and merit increase process
- Act as the initial point of contact for all employee relations issues or concerns, referencing appropriate employment law knowledge as needed
- Provide monthly metrics pertaining to headcount, turnover, performance management: participate in the completion of monthly HR reporting/audits
- Assist with the recruitment, interview and onboarding process
- Participate in and lead efforts designed to improve employee morale and company culture
- Maintain and coordinate employee development, including performance reviews, learning and training sessions, leadership programs and succession planning
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action, employee retention, and continuous improvement
- Learn, develop and support benefits administration and payroll processing for 11,000+ employees
- Work closely and develop a strong partnership with the Center of Excellence (COE)
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Human Resources preferred)
- 3+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience in multi-unit retail environment and or Shared Services Center of Excellence required
- Experience influencing senior leaders around HR matters
- HRIS system experience and knowledge required, Workday and Service Now required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, & creativity to changing needs and situations
- Team player with ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proven strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
