Senior Project Manager

GH Engage is a top-ranked company delivering complex, technically demanding industrial builds. They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee high-value Heavy Industrial projects, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of Heavy Industrial projects across multiple sectors
• Provide strategic direction and decision-making for project execution, resource allocation, and risk management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact
• Mentor and guide project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and KPIs, providing executive-level reporting
• Identify and mitigate strategic risks, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions proactively

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or equivalent in Heavy Industrial construction
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects across manufacturing, food & beverage, processing, and data centers
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial MEP, structural, and process systems
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring consistent delivery quality
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering)
• Must be open to travel
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
