Automation and AI Integration Expert

Ark Infotech LLC is seeking an Automation and AI Integration Expert to enhance their cloud infrastructure services. The role involves designing and implementing automation frameworks, integrating AI solutions, and leading initiatives to modernize processes and reduce workloads.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the design, build, and implementation of automation frameworks for self-service resource provisioning on cloud platforms
• Developing and executing agile strategies to integrate complex automation solutions into existing operational workflows
• Spearheading key AI initiatives, including the development and successful deployment of LLM-based chatbots
• Leading the development of a scalable, centralized platform for deploying new AI-based applications
• Guiding the creation and management of ephemeral sandbox environments to provide flexible, on-demand development spaces for agencies
• Actively identifying and evaluating opportunities to integrate AI tools and agent-based solutions to enhance and automate program processes
• Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure automation and AI strategies align with business objectives and technical roadmaps
