Marvel Marketers is a global Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing Consultancy, seeking a Senior Content & Campaign Marketing Manager to support a high-impact developer-focused marketing program. The role involves owning content across multiple channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective messaging to a technical, B2B audience.
Responsibilities:
- Write and manage high-quality content across:
- Email campaigns
- Websites and landing pages
- Event and session presentations
- Internal and external communications
- Social and campaign content
- Own content from draft through approval and final delivery, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand and audience expectations
- Adapt tone and messaging for technical, developer-focused audiences as well as internal stakeholders
- Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to broader GTM strategies
- Translate campaign objectives into clear, audience-specific messaging
- Ensure content is consistent and cohesive across all channels and touchpoints
- Build and maintain scalable content infrastructure, including:
- Content libraries and repositories
- Messaging frameworks and brand guidelines
- Editorial and campaign calendars
- Ensure content is organized, reusable, and aligned across teams
- Track and analyze content performance across channels
- Translate insights into actionable improvements
- Continuously refine messaging and content strategy to improve engagement and effectiveness
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to:
- Gather requirements and align on messaging
- Manage reviews and approvals
- Ensure timely delivery of all content deliverables
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Operate with a high level of ownership in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or campaign marketing
- Proven experience writing and managing content across multiple channels (email, web, presentations, campaigns)
- Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally with technical or developer-focused audiences
- Demonstrated ability to own content end-to-end, from creation through performance optimization
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Writing samples will be required as part of the interview process
- This role requires a hands-on contributor who can both think strategically and execute at a high level
- The ideal candidate is a content expert first, with the ability to apply marketing strategy to their work
- Experience supporting developer, technical, or product marketing initiatives
- Background in B2B SaaS, cloud, or developer ecosystems
- Experience in integrated marketing or campaign strategy
- Agency experience managing content for multiple stakeholders or clients
- Familiarity with using AI tools as a support tool for ideation and workflow efficiency (not as a replacement for writing)
