Kentro is a company focused on innovation and collaboration, seeking a Business Intelligence Integration Analyst to support their Digital Twin Platform. The role involves partnering with customers to assess their digital twin readiness, translating business challenges into technical requirements, and overseeing the integration of digital twin models.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to assess their digital twin readiness and define capability requirements aligned with strategic business objectives
- Conduct discovery sessions to extract nuanced insights about organizational processes, data ecosystems, and decision-making frameworks
- Identify customer enterprise architecture, including existing systems, data infrastructure, and system dependencies critical to digital twin development
- Translate business challenges into structured technical requirements and use cases for digital twin modeling
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities for digital twin applications
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the customer’s digital twin journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels, from C-suite executives to technical teams and end users
- Adapt communication style and technical depth based on audience, ensuring clarity and buy-in across all organizational levels
- Provide ongoing support to customers as they evolve their digital twin adoption and expand their use cases
- Conduct regular cadence meetings and business reviews to assess progress, gather feedback, and align strategic priorities
- Develop deep expertise in a specialized digital twin platform and its capabilities to support solution design and implementation
- Oversee end-to-end design, development, and integration of digital twin models by translating customer requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable, accurate, and aligned with organizational objectives
- Create and deliver training programs tailored to different stakeholder personas, ensuring adoption and effective utilization of digital twin capabilities
- Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure models are fully and effectively integrated into the customer space
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting guidance as customers operationalize their digital twin capabilities
- Ensure platform delivers maximum value through regular optimization reviews and feature adoption guidance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Political Science, or International Relations OR equivalent military training/experience (e.g. MOS 35M/35F, 1N0, 0211)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Intelligence Operations, specifically focused on HUMINT collection, counterintelligence, or all-source analysis
- Mastery of advanced elicitation techniques (rapport building, funneling, source vetting) applied to stakeholder interviews
- Ability to move beyond surface-level 'interviewing' to uncover latent requirements and hidden organizational drivers
- Demonstrated application of Structured Analytic Techniques (SATs) (e.g., Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Key Assumptions Check) to mitigate cognitive biases in data modeling and decision-making frameworks
- Proven experience in Human Network Analysis (HNA) or Social Network Analysis (SNA)
- Must understand how to map human relationships to technical ontologies
- Proficiency with link analysis and data visualization tools common in the IC (e.g., Analyst Notebook (i2), Palantir Gotham/Foundry, ArcGIS, Maltego)
- Ability to translate these workflows into commercial IT equivalents (Microsoft 365, Visio, JIRA)
- Exceptional briefing skills with experience presenting intelligence products to Senior Military Leaders or Federal Executives
- Ability to 'de-conflict' differing stakeholder narratives to create a single source of truth
- US Citizen or Green card holder
- Willing and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance or higher
- Experience with the F3EAD cycle or Target Systems Analysis (TSA), specifically applying CARVER or PMESII-PT methodologies to dissect organizational vulnerabilities and decision-making nodes
- Previous support to Special Operations Forces (SOF) or Joint Task Forces where 'human terrain' mapping was critical to mission success
- Familiarity with modeling human behavior, 'Pattern of Life' (PoL) analysis, or agent-based simulation
- Proven ability to act as a liaison between operational subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical engineering teams (translating 'mission needs' into 'user stories')
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies applied in a non-manufacturing or intelligence context
