HireBoost is a SaaS company focused on automating customer-facing and marketing processes. They are seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager to manage client portfolios, ensure campaign success, and drive account growth through strategic partnerships and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of clients, ensuring high retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth
- Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders
- Lead monthly performance reviews, strategy calls, translating data into clear business outcomes
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to prevent churn
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies across: Paid Ads (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and SEO (technical, on-page, and growth strategies)
- Ensure campaigns align with client goals such as lead generation, ROAS, and pipeline growth
- Interpret campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support clients in scaling their marketing efforts through new channels, increased budgets, or additional services
- Contribute to revenue growth targets through account expansion
- Track client performance using tools like ClickUp and CRM systems
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, projects, and optimizations
- Maintain clear documentation of client activities, progress, and forecasts
- Work within marketing and automation platforms such as: Go High Level (GHL), Paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
- Maintain structured workflows, reporting, and communication processes
Requirements:
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth roles within a marketing agency or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and performance metrics
- Experience managing multiple clients and delivering measurable marketing results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (client-facing experience required)
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) and ClickUp or similar project management tools
