MIRACORP INC is dedicated to providing exceptional services to the federal government, emphasizing quality and reliability. They are seeking a QA Engineer to lead testing strategies and quality assurance for GSA’s internal HR systems, develop test plans, and mentor junior testers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive testing strategies for complex HR applications and integrations
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks
- Mentor junior testers and establish QA best practices and standards
- Perform specialized testing, including performance, security, and accessibility
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams, releases, and environments
- Analyze quality metrics and recommend improvements to processes and product quality
- Design and implement continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality standards and acceptance criteria
Requirements:
- US Citizen
- BA/BS + 5–8 years of QA experience, or MS + 3–5 years
- Demonstrated progression in responsibility, technical depth, and delivery of high quality software
- Proven experience leading testing efforts or serving as a QA lead on cross functional teams
- Expertise across the full SDLC and STLC, including requirements analysis, test strategy, execution, and release management
