Huella Jewelry is seeking a Vice President of Customer Management to lead their customer-facing strategy and operations. This role focuses on overseeing the full customer lifecycle, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing teams across customer success and support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead and manage teams across customer success, support, and account management
- Build and optimize processes for onboarding and ongoing customer engagement
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to improve overall customer experience
- Track performance metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement
- Identify risks and opportunities within the customer lifecycle
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
- Experience leading teams in a remote or distributed environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management tools
- Bachelor's degree required
