Cerner EHR Technical Business Analyst (HL7, CCL)

We are seeking an experienced Cerner EHR Technical Business Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing operations of the Oracle Cerner Millennium platform across public health facilities. This role will work closely with IT, clinical teams, and vendor support to ensure seamless EHR functionality, reporting, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Cerner Millennium EHR implementation and production operations
• Analyze and troubleshoot HL7 interfaces and integration issues
• Develop and modify reports using Cerner CCL
• Support MPages, workflows, and system enhancements
• Manage user support, training, and system configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system improvements

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Healthcare IT / EHR systems
• Strong experience with Cerner Millennium / Cerner Olympus
• Hands-on HL7 interface experience
• Experience in reporting, data analysis, and system support
• Experience as Systems Analyst / Business Analyst

Preferred

• Cerner CCL, Bedrock, HNA, WQM, RRD
• Experience with Cerner modules and reporting tools
• JavaScript (nice to have)
