- 7+ years of applied data science experience, with at least 4 years focused on MMM and marketing/media measurement.
- Build and ship scalable data pipelines and model-serving systems on cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
- Translate model outputs into actionable media planning decisions (budget allocation, channel mix, optimization).
- Develop and productionize multi-touch attribution (MTA) and conversion measurement solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Ad Sales, and Strategy teams to integrate models into business tools.
- Present insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders, linking analytics to revenue impact.
- Ideal candidate has strong media/ad-tech measurement experience and proven ownership of production-grade data science systems.
