High school diploma or equivalent
Previous teller or cash handling experience
Previous customer service experience
Previous sales experience
Knowledge of bank accounts and services, policies and procedures, and regulations
Experience with banking software

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
