NexHealth is a healthcare technology company focused on modernizing patient experiences by connecting patients, providers, and developers. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline and create new opportunities for their sales team by engaging dental and healthcare practices through outbound outreach and effective lead qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business pipeline by prospecting into dental and healthcare practices across the U.S
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, and social) to engage decision-makers such as practice owners, office managers, and operations leaders
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively, converting interest into booked meetings
- Build and manage a strong pipeline within our CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up
- Tailor messaging to different personas within a practice, highlighting how NexHealth improves patient experience and operational efficiency
- Educate prospective customers on the value of NexHealth’s platform and how it integrates with their existing systems
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop strategic outreach plans and improve conversion rates
- Continuously refine your prospecting strategy through testing, iteration, and feedback from the team
Requirements:
- 6–12 months of sales, customer-facing, or outbound experience preferred (SDR/BDR experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills—especially over the phone
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and handling objections
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects at once
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow into a closing role
- Interest in healthcare and a desire to help modernize the patient experience
