About this role
Role Overview
- Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with business partners to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and data-driven solutions
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and forecasting
- Validate data accuracy and ensure quality throughout data pipelines and reporting processes
- Translate business needs into analytical requirements, working with security cross functional teams as needed
- Develop and maintain documentation related to data definitions, reports, processes, and workflows
- Support the development of automated reporting tools and self-service analytics capabilities
- Monitor business performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
