They are seeking a Netskope Security Engineer with expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) to enhance enterprise data security capabilities, focusing on securing sensitive data across cloud applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration and optimization of Netskope DLP and CASB policies across SaaS and cloud environments
- Define and enforce data protection controls for sensitive data types (PII, financial data, IP, etc.)
- Monitor data movement and investigate potential data exfiltration or policy violations
- Continuously tune Netskope policies to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives
- Partner with Security, Compliance, and IT teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls
- Integrate Netskope with broader security ecosystem tools (SIEM, IAM, and related platforms)
- Provide reporting and visibility into data risk posture and policy effectiveness
- Support ongoing enhancements to cloud security and data governance strategy
- Act as a technical SME for Netskope across DLP and CASB capabilities
Requirements:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) level experience with Netskope, with deep focus on DLP and CASB
- Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and operationalizing Netskope data protection policies in enterprise environments (cloud and SaaS)
- Ability to secure sensitive data across SaaS, cloud applications, and web traffic
- Experience in defining and enforcing data protection controls for sensitive data types (PII, financial data, IP, etc.)
- Experience in monitoring data movement and investigating potential data exfiltration or policy violations
- Ability to continuously tune Netskope policies to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives
- Experience in partnering with Security, Compliance, and IT teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls
- Experience in integrating Netskope with broader security ecosystem tools (SIEM, IAM, and related platforms)
- Ability to provide reporting and visibility into data risk posture and policy effectiveness
- Experience in supporting ongoing enhancements to cloud security and data governance strategy
- Ability to act as a technical SME for Netskope across DLP and CASB capabilities
