Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between the business areas and the IT organization. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while supporting the configuration and testing of Oracle Cloud Procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Learn Enterprise Procurement policies and procedures
- Develop working knowledge of Oracle Cloud functionality related to the Procure-to-Pay process
- Review and triage Oracle Cloud tickets to assist users with system functionality; escalate or route tickets to the appropriate department when further assistance is required
- Coordinate obtaining input from SMEs for updates to job aids and training materials; incorporate feedback into draft updates
- Assist with requests for data analysis, reports and data updates in Oracle Cloud
Requirements:
- One (1) year of relevant technical or business work experience required
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Experience or exposure to Oracle Cloud Procurement is preferred, including areas such as Contracts, OTBI, Sourcing, Requisitions, and Purchase Orders
- Procurement experience preferred
