Senior CyberArk Engineer (Secret Cleared)

Marathon TS is seeking a highly skilled Senior CyberArk Engineer to support the U.S. Air Force. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for the architecture, implementation, and support of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions within a complex, multi-tenant federal cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions across enterprise and multi-tenant environments
• Lead hands-on CyberArk deployments, upgrades, integrations, and operational support activities
• Architect PAM solutions that align with Zero Trust principles, federal security requirements, and organizational objectives
• Collaborate with IAM program leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate PAM capabilities across the identity ecosystem
• Support Agile delivery processes and contribute to successful implementation within federal environments
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations
• Develop and review technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures
• Troubleshoot complex CyberArk issues and provide expert-level technical guidance
• Integrate CyberArk with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and identity governance solutions
• Support compliance, security accreditation, and continuous monitoring activities

Requirements:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on CyberArk Privileged Access Security implementation experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong expertise in CyberArk Privileged Access Management
• Experience implementing PAM solutions in enterprise or federal environments
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Comprehensive understanding of Privileged Access Management principles and Zero Trust architecture
• Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and its integration with PAM
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• CompTIA Security+ certification required
• Must be eligible for T5 suitability
• Active Top Secret clearance
• CyberArk PAM Implementation Certification
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or U.S. Air Force programs
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle E-Business Suite, ServiceNow, and Splunk
• Experience in large-scale, multi-tenant cloud environments
