Manual QA Engineer

Ultra Information Solutions is a global technology company focused on transforming global trade compliance through automation. They are seeking a Manual QA Engineer to define and execute test plans, ensure quality alignment across teams, and troubleshoot user issues within their R&D team.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute manual test plans that cover functional, regression, usability, and UI tests of web applications and APIs
• Define the testing documentation and ensure alignment of all relevant teams on the desired quality, including updating specs and managing QA knowledge base
• Troubleshooting users’ issues and modifying test procedures
• Managing cross-platform operations (design, dev. Support, QA automation) in staging and production environment

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in manual testing
• Familiarity with agile frameworks, regression tests and software release processes
• Vast experience with databases and SQL- must
• Experience with web applications
• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and attention to details
• Team player, Self-motivated and independent learner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
• Jenkins, Jira, office, browsers - advantage
• BSc. In Computer Science - Advantage
