Guidewire Integration Developer - Policy Center

5 MUST HAVE Skills & Experience

1. Guidewire Policy Center Integration & Configuration (5+ years)
   
   Hands-on experience designing and implementing integration points in Policy Center.
   
2. Java/J2EE Expertise (8+ years)
   
   Strong server-side development using EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JMS, JPA, Web Services.
   
3. Guidewire Cloud & Certification
   
   Associate-level Guidewire Cloud certification (mandatory); ACE certification preferred.
   
4. Integration & API Development Skills
   
   Experience integrating systems using XML, GOSU, REST/SOAP web services, messaging, and accelerators.
   
5. Insurance Domain & Agile Experience
   
   Knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial Claims; experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
   

5 NICE TO HAVE Skills & Experience

1. Advanced Guidewire Implementations
   
   Prior experience in multiple Guidewire implementations beyond Policy Center.
   
2. ACE Certification (Guidewire Cloud)
   
   Additional certification in Guidewire Claim/Policy/Cloud ecosystem.
   
3. Strong Database & Data Modeling Skills
   
   Experience with relational databases and designing efficient data models.
   
4. Integration Architecture Experience
   
   Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and middleware solutions.
   
5. Communication & Collaboration Skills
   
   Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder and team coordination.
