Senior Product Designer

PTR Global is seeking an experienced UX Product Designer to support digital customer-facing sales experiences for a leading insurance organization. This role involves designing user-centered digital sales experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centered digital sales experiences that improve customer confidence and quoting journeys
• Work closely with Agile product squads and participate in daily ceremonies
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Researchers, Analysts, and Content Designers
• Support usability testing, concept validation, and user research initiatives
• Create scalable and intuitive UX solutions using Figma components and auto-layout
• Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Support incremental feature testing and optimization efforts that evolve into strategic UX initiatives

Requirements:

• Portfolio link MUST be included at the top of the resume
• Strong Figma experience is REQUIRED
• 5+ years of Agile UX/Product Design experience
• Strong experience designing customer-facing digital sales or shopping experiences
• Advanced proficiency with Figma
• Advanced proficiency with Auto-layout
• Advanced proficiency with Components
• Advanced proficiency with Design systems
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UX/product design work
