Technical Project Manager

Kforce Inc is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level cloud and infrastructure migration initiatives. The role requires strong hands-on experience with VCF and cloud migrations across AWS and Azure, as well as effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale VCF, AWS, and Azure cloud migration projects from initiation through delivery
• Drive project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional delivery teams
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery milestones to ensure projects remain on track
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
• Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for non-technical audiences
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource needs across multiple workstreams

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of Project Management experience and Migrations and cloud migrations (AWS and/or Azure required; Both strongly preferred)
• Scrum/Agile (working with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, sprint planning)
• Hands-on experience managing VCF Migrations
• AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.)
• Azure services (VMs, Storage, Azure AD, Networking, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects
