Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with managers and clients, understanding their business, processes, and priorities
- Partner with Project Management Offices to support business case rationalizations for process improvement
- Gain a thorough understanding of current "as-is" and future "to-be" business processes and facilitate the alignment of technology
- Develop conclusions and make recommendations on moderately complex business issues
- Prepare documentation, facilitate process mapping, and demonstrate advanced communication skills for conflict resolution and presentations
