The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in identifying and securing opportunities with mid to large-sized enterprises while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new leads using a variety of outbound approaches
- Connect with potential customers through methods like cold calling, email interactions, and social media engagement
- Facilitate initial qualification meetings and further discovery calls between prospects and our AE sales team
- Engage with marketing-generated leads, nurturing them into promising SQL opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to bolster their efforts in securing deals
- Monitor and record all activities using our CRM software
- Become well-versed in our products and services to effectively communicate their value
