Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing dedicated to oncology, women’s health, and organ health. The Product Manager will define and optimize the digital and operational experience across various user touch points, focusing on improving the patient sample collection experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation and product strategy, create/maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features, and define requirements for the digital patient sample collection experience in conjunction with stakeholders across different functional groups
- Collaborate with SMEs across Natera to identify and plan for operational changes driven by new platform and feature launches
- Partner with the UX designer, engineers and QA to deliver seamless user experiences that meet both business and user needs
- Drive projects from inception and discovery to delivery and post-launch support
- Provide detailed requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows), prioritize backlogs, participate/facilitate scrum ceremonies and help define technical solutions with on-shore and off-shore scrum teams
- Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities; analyze relevant data to drive decision-making
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in consumer digital product management; previous experience in healthcare, healthtech or biotech a plus
- Proven ability to work and influence cross functional teams; effective at building rapport with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions
- Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically
- Experience working in an agile development environment; scrum experience a plus
