Unrivaled Teamwear is the parent company of Champion Teamwear and other brands in the sports apparel industry. They are seeking a Customer Service Planner to manage order lifecycles, support sales partners, and ensure accurate order processing while maintaining strong relationships with various internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain customer orders within SAP S/4HANA Order Management systems. Includes manual and EDI orders
- Validation of SKU-level attributes (style, color, size, and pricing)
- Order lifecycle tracking from entry through fulfillment
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate availability, production updates, and container tracking information to Sales and internal stakeholders
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve order-related issues by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Business Integration teams
- Maintain accurate records and system data including master files, standing orders, material determinations, and UPC databases
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented responses
- Maintain daily order activity tracking and provide regular status updates to the Retail Service Manager
- Uphold the company’s professional reputation by delivering consistent, high-quality customer service
- Assist Sales with new customer setup and onboarding processes
- Prepare and distribute product literature, CADs, colorways, price lists, and product samples as requested
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding billing, credits, and account-related questions
- Support internal teams by sharing information, providing documentation, and assisting with special projects or peak workloads
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional discussions as required
- Perform additional administrative or clerical duties as assigned to support business needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service and data entry experience (retail or order management preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA Order Management experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with PC-based systems, office equipment, and standard business tools
- Order management experience preferred
