Healthcare Business Analyst ** Largely Remote **

Amerit Consulting is a fast-growing staffing and consulting firm seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst for a Medical Center facility. The role involves translating business policies into requirements, driving alignment across teams, and ensuring developed solutions meet documented requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business policy into clear, testable requirements
• Drive cross vendor & cross team alignment
• Reconcile differences between business intent and technical interpretation
• Maintain and version BRDs / user stories
• Develop and maintain current state and future state flows
• Support impact assessments for operations
• Own end to end process & impact documentation
• Support delivery readiness & testing
• Validate that developed solutions meet the documented requirements
• Enable decision making through clear artifacts

Requirements:

• Healthcare / Utilization Management / Prior Authorization experience
• Hands on requirements experience
• Must have cross vendor / integration experience
• Clearly define what is in scope, out of scope, assumptions, and exclusions
• Cross vendor alignment is owned, not observed
• End to end impact awareness is mandatory
