Role Overview
Chase is seeking a highly experienced HP NonStop TACL Engineer with a strong true coding background (not operations-focused). This role will focus on automation, system health checks, OS upgrades/builds, and API-driven integrations to support monitoring and operational workflows on HP NonStop environments.
This position requires deep hands-on expertise in TACL development, OSS, and Python-based automation, with the ability to integrate data from NonStop systems into dashboards and external tools.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain TACL routines for HP NonStop systems
Build automation solutions for:
OS upgrades and OS builds
Password rotation
System health checks
Execute and integrate Python scripts within OSS environments
Use API-driven approaches to extract data from NonStop systems for dashboards and monitoring
Create and manage JSON payloads pushed via APIs
Utilize cURL commands to execute and trigger processes
Build files and execute Python commands to integrate with downstream systems (note: not building APIs from scratch, but consuming/executing them)
Trigger TACL routines via Control-M for scheduled cycle times (operator workflow automation, version one buildout)
Collaborate on monitoring and visualization using tools like Grafana
Ensure automation solutions are reliable, scalable, and production-ready
