Title: - AI Software Engineer
Location: - San Jose, CA (On-Site)
Role Type: - 12+ Months (Contract)
Skills Required:
- Must have strong skills in Python and application service development/deployment
- Demonstrable experience or strong projects in AI agent development
- Strong proficiency in agentic LLM Libraries/Technologies like LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, AutoGen, etc.
Experience:
- BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of proven industry experience
- Skilled at rapidly taking products from concept to launch and scaling them massively by performance tuning and optimizing complex, globally distributed systems
- Demonstrable experience or strong projects in AI agent development
- Strong skills in Python and application service development/deployment
- Strong proficiency in agentic LLM Libraries/Technologies like LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, AutoGen, MCP, etc.
- Familiarity with application development and deployment technologies like Databases (MongoDB/Vector/Graph), Docker, Kubernetes, React, Node, Bun, etc.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge as needed to achieve results
